SHIPPING POLICY
We ship within Australia only. Orders are dispatched discreetly and with tracking. We email your tracking details when your order is dispatched.
Standard shipping is A$20 and Express is A$25. Standard is A$20 to Victoria, NSW, Queensland, Tasmania and ACT. A$25 applies to Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia.
Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. This can vary with your state, weather and Australia Post congestion.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, tell us at customerservice@genesispeptidesau.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement.
